Renewal of Licences for Sale of Beer, Rum, Liquor & Alcoholic Products
Holders of licences for wholesale / retail sale of Beer, Rum, Liquor and alcoholic products issued under Part III of the Excise Act 1994, may now renew their licence electronically through MRA website: www.mra.mu. The MRA requests licensed holders to avail themselves of the Direct Debit facility for payment of appropriate licence fee.
Holders of wholesale licence of Beer, Rum, Liquor and alcoholic products must ensure that they have furnished to the MRA a security by means of a bond, prior to availing themselves of the online renewal platform.
To avail of this facility, licence holders are requested to use their Tax Account Number (TAN) as User ID and the password allocated by the MRA.
Before you start, please ensure that you have your User ID (TAN), your password, and details of your licence to be renewed.
Upon confirmation of the payment of the licence fee, the renewed licence will be sent to you by registered post within five (5) working days.

- For Individual
You will have to insert your user ID (TAN) and click on forgot password to retrieve same.
- For Company
You will have to insert the following:
- your user ID (TAN)
- Business Registration Number (BRN)
- NIC/NCID of Director
- Mobile Number
- Email Address
and then click on Submit.
